PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE
From the online shop menu, you can take a look at the news or select a specific product category. Narrow your search by filtering colors, sizes and styles. After adding the items to the cart, you can check the selection, modify it and continue with the payment. To complete the purchase, you just need to enter the delivery and billing address and choose the payment method. You can also place an order on the Morgana website by registering at " My account" . At the time of departure, in the event that your order contains more than one item, the option to receive the products all in the same shipment is already pre-selected. If you do not contact us, express your consent to receive the products in the same shipment as soon as they are ready to be shipped. If you wish to receive the order separately, please indicate it when ordering or contact us when you place the order in our online store. Note that the option to receive the entire Order as a whole is not applicable in the case of Orders that also contain pre-ordered Products as defined below.

If the item you are looking for online is not currently available, you can contact us by phone, email or through the contact form we have on our website or discover similar products. For more information on sizes, refer to the size guide that appears on the page of each product.
OPTIONS AND PAYMENT TAXES
We accept all major credit cards and other forms of payment expressly indicated on this website. The total amount of the order will be charged after we have verified the details of your card and after having sent the first confirmation e-mail and prepared the product in question for shipping, except as provided in the following sections dedicated to Pre-Pededos products. bymorgana.com has the most advanced security systems to protect your payment data, in order to guarantee complete security of all transactions. Payment will be made in the same currency in which the prices are displayed in the payment area. The total order amount includes possible shipping costs, taxes and customs fees. For orders placed on our website, you will receive proof of payment.
The order will be confirmed only when bymorgana sends the first confirmation e-mail to the address indicated on the order form. bymorgana will send you the corresponding confirmation email for each Product or set of products selected in the package as soon as it is ready to be sent. The email will contain a confirmation and a summary of the Order in relation to any product ready for shipment, such as the description and information of the product, as well as the total price of the order, including taxes and shipping costs. If at the time of departure you have agreed on the option to receive your order as multiple shipments, bymorgana will send you a confirmation email each time a product is shipped.
Note that orders are generally received within 2-4 working days from the time the order confirmation email is sent by Morganana. As for pre-ordered Products that are not yet ready to be sent at the time of the order, Bymorgana will deliver these Products on the corresponding estimated delivery date within 8 (eight) weeks from the sending of the corresponding confirmation email, for pre-ordered products). As soon as we ship the order, you will receive a confirmation email with the DHL or Tips@ tracking number according to zone. Remember that the transport company delivers from Monday to Friday during working hours and will require your signature when the package is delivered. HOW TO CANCEL OR MODIFY AN ORDER
In accordance with our General Conditions of Sale, once an Order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled. In any case, if you need to cancel your purchase, contact us as soon as possible to request more information. If the order has already been shipped, keep in mind that you can still request a return by following the instructions in the "Returns" section. For security reasons, we cannot change the items in your order or shipment, or the billing address. In case of errors in the information specified, contact our Customer Service.
HOW TO PLACE A PRE-ORDER
You have the possibility to pre-order a selection of products before their commercial launch or distribution and market positioning. All items for which an order can be placed are specifically indicated on the website as "pre-order product" or "pre-order". You can purchase these items and have them delivered by the specified delivery date estimated in the product page description, within eight (8) weeks of sending the confirmation email. If the pre-order also contains products that are not pre-order items, it will be shipped by multiple shipments as soon as they are ready for shipment. For any Order, including those that also contain a reserved Product, the total amount of the transaction will be charged in advance for all Products at the time of the first confirmation email sent by Georgana. In each shipment you will receive an email with the shipping tracking number so you can track the courier's website.
