I want to cancel an order or an order item

Buy before 1pm and receive your order the next day before 7pm. This shipment has no cost on all orders. Service available from Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. depending on the availability of stock in our warehouses.
To make a Shipping 24-48h, choose this option at the end of the purchase. In the event that this shipping option does not appear, you may be either outside the hours of availability or the selected garments do not have stock in our warehouses.
Delivery times may vary in promotional periods, sales or in case of unavailability in our warehouses.
When will I receive my refund?
The money will be returned to your bank account (if you have paid cash on delivery or by transfer) or directly to your card (if you have paid by credit, debit or Paypal card). This option involves a management process so the return will be effective within approximately 14 business days from the receipt of your order.
I have lost the returns form, what do I do?
